We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Tech to join our team in Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities include

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Assist with facility upgrades, safety inspections, and compliance procedures
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for staff and visitors
