Responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
  • Documenting interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Following established scripts and protocols to ensure quality service
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude toward customers
