We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor to join our team in Boulder, Colorado, on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily customer service operations to ensure exceptional support and satisfaction.
  • Managing and supervising the e-commerce platform, including order processing, fulfillment, and returns.
  • Training and mentoring customer service and e-commerce staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize online sales strategies.
  • Monitoring key metrics to improve service quality and sales performance.
  • Resolving escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
