We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Richmond, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and organizing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Loading and unloading shipments safely and efficiently

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Performing inventory counts and updating inventory management systems

Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Skills needed:

Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items

Good communication and teamwork skills
